The Sports Drink Built for Youth Soccer.
Two games on Saturday, a tournament final on Sunday, and hours running in the sun. GRINTA gives young soccer players the electrolytes they sweat out, with a third of the sugar of a traditional sports drink.

- Only 10g sugar
- 3 electrolytes
- No artificial colours
- Made for kids
What soccer asks of young players
Soccer is nonstop running with few breaks, usually outdoors in summer heat. Tournament weekends stack games back to back, so players need to top up between matches, not just after.
- ✓Replaces sodium and potassium lost in hot, nonstop games
- ✓Single-serve sachets fit in any kit bag for tournament weekends
- ✓10g of sugar, a third of a traditional sports drink
- ✓No artificial colours
How to use it for soccer.
Mix one sachet into a water bottle before warm-up.
Sip at halftime and during stoppages.
On tournament and all-day events, have a fresh sachet ready for the next game.
A third of the sugar of a traditional sports drink.
GRINTA mixed in 600ml of water vs a 591ml bottle of a traditional sports drink. Pediatric groups recommend kids keep added sugar under 25g a day (AAPD).
